I received the order quickly, well packaged in bubble pack lined type "puffy" envelope. The product I ordered, a spool hub assembly for a discontinued Weed-Eater string trimmer, was as I ordered. This was an especially tough to find part elsewhere on the internet or at brick and mortar retailers since the Weed-Eater brand has now come under the Poulan name. Even though I ordered the original Weed-Eater part number, the Poulan equivalent number was provided during the part search at ANTOnline. Altogether, the web site was clear, the ordering process straight-forward, and the prices competitive. Web-sites who offer replacement parts run a range of clarity and completeness. At this site, the part number appeared in a long but organized list typical of some of the best on-line ordering sites who specialize in obscure or discontinued parts. To weed through several hundreds of potential part number took 10 minutes. The entry of shipping and credit card information was typical with an opportunity to save the info for subsequent orders. The order was filled and shipped for arrival within a week using the slowest and cheapest shipping method available. Since the part was non-critical, it was not necessary to use expedited shipping. The part arrived in the original manufacturers packaging and was in perfect condition. I would order from ANTOnline again.
