I ordered on line Qty 20 of a 70$ media converter. Declared in stock on the site. I started receiving shipments after one week. One then another the next day, then 3 more after another week.
I called to ask for a consolidated delivery and I was rudely told that they have no idea where the stuff will be coming from and no control to change it. I then asked for a supervisor and was left holding for more than 40 minutes at which point I hang up.
No control of shipment? The best was still to come.
The flow of items stopped at 5.
When after about a month since the order I finally decided to check order status I found out that the order was considered fulfilled on the base of the tracking number of the first delivery of one piece.
Please note that on the base of such order status, charges for the entire order had been already applied to my credit card.
After several calls and emails, I am told now (no proof provided) that part of the shipment got "damaged" in transit and in I might start receiving again one's and two's in a week on so.
I spare you the small sarcastic e-mail pieces from the The Support Team at ANTOnline.com asking me if I want shipment of what is missing and after my yes, if I really want shipment of what is missing...
Summary of my experience: rudeness, lack of professionalism, lack of reliability, lots and lots of lies. May be good for buying a toy for your toddler. Not for business.
Do not listen to me. Google around for reviews of this seller. Do it BEFORE you place an order, not, like stupid me, AFTER.
