I ordered 2 completely unrelated things from ANTOnline through Amazon. Both of their websites said both things were in stock. After 2 or 3 days, I got an email from Amazon saying that they canceled the order - with NO EXPLANATION! ANTOnline sent me an email saying that some of the items MAY be out of stock. They didn't explain either.
So I looked on Amazon to see if it said the items were out of stock. They said they were IN STOCK AT ANTOnline, and they raised the price by $10! ANTOnline sets the prices and they are responsible for updating Amazon with their current availability. Obviously, they don't.
When I called ANTOnline to find out what was going on, they said that both things were out of stock and that I would have to look at their website or ebay to see if they were in stock at ANTOnline. Miranda wouldn't even check her own inventory for me! She told me to look at her website!!!
Miranda at ANTOnline's "customer service" is very rude and kept repeating herself like a robot. I know that salespeople are trained to do that, but it's rude and irritating! I don't know how they can sell anything like that.
