I had to order an additional item and the customer service was excellent as they had to do some research and call me back. The only criticism I have is I needed to return a couple of small items and have not received the refund yet. I followed the correct steps and had a number etc., but have not received the credit to my credit card. The items were really incidental and the re-stocking fee is cutting into the refund anyway so I haven't been too concerned. This has cut my merchant rating from excellent to good.

Bought a sweeper when it didn't arrive after ample time I e-mailed and they said it was on backorder. After another week I e-mailed them again and the response I got was they had overlooked it in the warehouse and it would ship the next day. After another week I finally got it. Seems the right hand don't know what the left one is doing. I will never shop with this merchant again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unsatisfactory experience.
One week after I ordered a vaccuum cleaner, I received a phone call that my address "did not match" . My credit card company said they had approved the transaction & the problem lay with AMNSales. There was no problem with my credit card nor my address. 6 phone calls & numerous e-mails- which were not responded to- I cancelled my order.
A waste of at least 2 hours of my time.

When they got it right it went fine; unfortunately because of their processing glitches the item did not arrive for XMAS and took 3 attempts to get it. For some reason their credit card checking software kept rejecting me even though there was no problem with my credit. After the third attempt they called the bank and got instant approval. I do not know the problem. Since all of this transaction was on line I would have expected a note from them saying that the credit card had rejected - I only discovered this when I went on online to their site to see what the problem was. They had no problem e-mailing me for other things.

Delivery actually arrived before estimated date. A missing second item in the order was sent out immediately, and emails concerning this oversight were answered within 18-24 hours. Their prices were also the lowest on the internet, and shipping was free. I would definitely purchase from them again.
