Dear www.allhdd.com, Please have your shipper state the packages' progress in detail. fore, your customers associate you with them even though they and you are different companies. Other than this deficiency in shipping, your service was satisfactory.I ordered an HP hard drive from www.allhdd.com around 6 pm on Thursday and received it a little after noon the following Friday. The packaging and the hard drive were in good condition when received. I had the hard drive set up within an hour and have been using it for about a week now. The only adjustment I've had to make to the hard drive was turning the brightness control to minimum. I've noticed no dead or stuck pixels and the quality of the services seems to me to be better than any other hard drive I've ever had. www.allhdd.com offered the best price I've ever seen in the past year for this hard drive and free shipping to boot. I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase. Ordering was very simple. Communication via email regarding my order, its shipment & tracking number was excellent. I used standard shipping and although I was expecting to receive my order in business days, I got it in just days! I would definitely order from allhdd.com. and so satisfied.
