I had an issue with another vendor stating the item was in stock, but what they really meant was the item was available from the manufacturer. So being a little concerned, I called customer service. They were polite, confirmed the item was truly in stock, and might ship the same day the order was received (ordered Sunday, and processed Monday). I confirmed it was actually shipped Monday too. Package arrived Wed march 5th, 2 days after shipping. It arrived faster than the order I placed same day earlier with the previous company. You might consider adding and additional payment options for online purchases…..for instance, allowing the use of multiple credit cards. It is a fairly common practice to get or give Master Card or visa gift cards these days. Each card is only worth your payment page only allows the use of a single credit card. I was able to use my gift cards for this order, however, I had to call and speak to someone specific in order to pay with my preference...which isn’t a huge hassle, but I did see if other vendors gave me that option before making the call. I am so happy. I found an honest www.allhdd.com vendor to deal with. Thanks allhdd.com
