I ordered some battery heated gloves from this company on line. The order said it could take up to 10 days. After 10 days and no gloves I contacted the company and was told that the items were on backorder and would take longer. I finally got them, but, was disappointed that the retailer didn't let me know about the backorder without me having to contact them.

The Product price was fair and works as described. My disappointment is with sloppy s&h. It took three days to ship but the website claimed the product was shipped 24 hours sooner than it actually left.(confimed by a dirrent email response from customer service rep) The site also listed Priority USPS when parcel post was the truth. The product arrived within the 7-10 days promised. However, by comparison, I placed an order with another company within an hour of the same time and date as AJP. The other product had special engraving and handling and yet they shipped within 6 hours of the oder placement and shipped 2day FedEx for free. I must wonder why AJP can't at least get orders moving out of their warehouse quicker than three days from order acceptance and if they are claiming to ship Priority Mail USPS and charge for it... at least be honest and ship that way or charge a fair price for the slower delivery.

I would not shop with this merchant again due to the frustration and deligency i have encountered. I selected to have it shipped here between 3-5 days. On the 5th day when it hadn't arrived I contacted them and they said they had not yet shipped it. So the didnt' charge me for shipping. Then I tracked the order through FED EX and it was not delivered on time...which it was intended for Valentines Day!, here it is Friday Febuary 15th and no Valentines gift....so yeah...i'm a little mad about this....because someone in whatever department did not put my apartment number on the shipping label I have to give my gift a day late...or maybe two...we will see how today goes... if i hadn't already been charged...i don't think it would be justified for me to pay full price for this product after the headache and run around that has occured.

The only problem I experienced with the product I purchased, was the battery did not connect properly, I ended up using a piece of foil to secure the battery.
