I bought a birthday present for my husband from AJ Prindle back in mid-October. He didn't like the present so I thought, no problem I will just return it. WRONG! It is now the end of January, and 6 phone calls later, no refund check. Each time I call they say they have to contact accounting to find out where the check is, and weeks later...nothing. It has been a repeated cycle of beating around the bush. I'm not sure what's going on, but they owe me over $100 for the item that I returned to them and each time I call I don't get any answers. I just recommend being SURE you will love what you buy, because you won't get your money back...even though they say returns are no problem!

Everything was fine until opening the box & the plug that goes into the lighter in the vehicle was broke. There was no fuse or tip to plug in. I will return the defective product & hope to receive a proper functioning air/seat cover. Thanks.

I ordered a bunch of minor items online from your catalogue several weeks ago. No other merchant was involved. As of today, I have neither received any of the items nor a statement from the catalogue operations explaining where my items are, which are back ordered, when I can expect delivery. The only thing that happened in a timely manner was the bill applied to my credit card.

I ordered my clock one week ago last Friday. I realize that the 2 weekends have slowed delivery but as of Mon 4-14, I still haven't received the clock. Tracking a package through the USPS is a joke. For perhaps an addl' 2 bucks, they could have sent it UPS, etc. Something to think abut.

I've already ordered again from AJ Prindle. I am absolutely delighted with the media holders. I've been able to consolidate my CD's and my DVD's while keeping the front cover AND the sheet which lists the song titles or chapter titles. These are great storage containers.
