Deceptive Sales Practices! Rebates not honored!

I ordered two units from AJ Madison: 1) A Frigidaire Microwave and 2) a Frigidaire Stove. Upon adding the items to my online shopping cart, the website displayed applicable 'rebates', which it automatically deducted from my total online price. At checkout, I paid the full price (which is expected), then received a form to claim my $400 rebate. I submitted the forms. After 2 months of no response, I tracked down the rebate company. When I was able to finally reach them, they said that the rebate had been rejected because the form that was used to submit the rebate was for an incorrect month. My unit was purchased in april, but the rebate forms provided were for Mach. Even though the promotion was also running in April, the rebate company refused to honor a resubmission of my rebate because the submission time "had past 30 days".
It took 2 months of non-returned phone calls and emails, before I finally took it upon myself to email every high-level person within the company. That got their attention (on several of my issues), but do this date, nothing has been resolved.
Upon further investigation on the consumer reports websites, other people were experiencing the exact issues with rebates that were intentionally not being honored.
