We did lots of research, over a six month period, before placing our order online with AJ Madison for our Electrolux 30" Duel Fuel Slide In Range . Their prices were the lowest (consistantly) and the added bonus of free shipping definately helped us make the purchase.  I made two phone calls to clarifiy things and was pleased with the knowledgeable staff and the ease of the transaction (no sales pressure at all!).  The delivery was timely and we could easily track the shipping progress online to prepare for arrival.   After our appliance was installed, we did notice a few things which needed attention. I made one call to AJ Madison (who also sold us an extended warranty) and we had answers the same day with parts in 3 days. Wow, that's customer service.

Two notes for potential buyers: Check to make sure the new range package includes a power cord. Many do not anymore, so you definately want to add that to your shopping list. The second thing about higher BTU ranges is that they don't simmer as low as older ranges. The industry worked hard to provide us the higher heat, but in the process the low end of simmering is now a lot hotter than older models allowed. The workaround here is to purchase a Simmer Plate (or two). Make sure to have your appliance installed by a licensed, approved company or it could void your warranty.

Overall, we had a great experience with AJ Madison & we'll always start with them for future purchases.
