ONE word HORRIBLE!  Customer service is the worst!!  If you try to contact them about an order, I hope you have plenty of time, because you will be on hold for awhile.  Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Please do not waste your time with this company,  It would be better off going do the big box store and spending a few extra dollars and get better service.  Best thing is that if you would rather go to the store to talk to someone you can.  Probably be about the same amount of time driving to and from the store as you will be on HOLD with AJmadison.

I tried to order some appliances and then tried to change one of the appliances as the order was still OH HOLD.  Trying to get an order changed was a mission!   IF you have no problems with your order and you do not have to contact them then you might be ok.  But I look at it like this,  if something were to happen I want to be able to talk to someone about the problem right then and not have to waste your whole lunch break and not get to talk to anyone. 

Save your time and spend a little extra and go to the big box store or try a different online company, like FFEMAX.com, they were cheaper than AJ madison anyway.
