AJ Madison: good online shopping experience. I ordered a GE top-of-the-line dual fuel range on October 8, which was delivered on October 21, well within the 2-3 week shipping promise given on this item.

I might add, I found I'd ordered a part I didn't need, so on October 11, I called to make the change. They said an email acknowldegement would be sent in a few minutes, as as stated, it arrived in a few minutes. Although I hadn't asked for an update on shipping, I was told by the CSR that it was scheduled to go out the following week, which is what in fact happened.

Yellow Freight received the merchandise on Oct 17, and delivered it to me, (Minneapolis) on October 21. It arrived in perfect conditon--the entire order.

I might add that if you need anything above end-of-trailer delivery, you should opt for their white glove delivery service, which gets it delivered inside your home. I did not, as I didn't need it, but a 240 lb pallet is a little unwieldy to handle, even if you have two husky guys to assist. Don't complain if you get what you pay for, which is basically commercial truck freight service--NOT consumer delivery.

I got a great price, service exactly as promised. A-1 in my book!
