I wished I had checked for this company's reviews before ordering from them. They are terrible to deal with after you have placed and confirmed your order. Customer Service reps are snotty and evasive and will argue with you regardless of your position. Their advertising of their product is incorrect, and if you decide to refuse the product due to this, they will still want to charge you a 15% restocking fee and that's if the packaging is not opened. If the package is opened, the restocking fee is 30% (wow, can your believe it?) Did they advertise this 30% on their site? NO! Well, how are your suppose to know if the item is not what you thought you ordered unless you open it? This company is a rip-off and they lie about other on-line appliances stores with competitive pricing to get your business, saying that the other company is not an "Authorized Dealer". I have since called the actual dealer on one of their products (GE) and was told that they still honor the products and the warranty on those products sold by the "so-call not Authorized Dealers". I am sorry I dealt with them and regret every moment.BUYER BE VERY AWARE, AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO BY. A J MADISON IS A DISAPPOINTMENT TO BUY FROM.
