I should have gone with my gut feeling- Cancel the order!! I placed my order on Tuesday June 3rd. One small, in stock item. Called on Friday the 6th. Was told item would be shipped Monday or Tuesday. I received no e-mail telling me of it being shipped. Wednesday I called and was told they were closed Monday and Tuesday and that she would call me back. Thursday I called again- to cancel. I waited about 20 minutes before my call was taken. I finally get Hannah, only to be put on hold again. She's checking why/where my item is. Oh, guess what. They needed to get it shipped from another warehouse. So as of Thursday, my item was not even in house yet. BUT they were getting it that day and it was shipping out. I should have it MAYBE by Friday 6/13. I wanted her to overnight it, but she was pretty confident I was getting it. Well guess what, It's 7:05 Friday night and the only info I can get from UPS is that the Billing info has been received. Which could mean that there is a good chance UPS as not even picked up the package yet. (that info, i got from the UPS website) I think AJ Madison filled out all the necessary paperwork and my item is still sitting there. I don't think UPS delivers on Saturday. So I'm hoping for Monday. Let's see.
AJ Madison pricing was the same as another site, but with FREE shipping I went with them. Big mistake. Pay extra for shipping.
