I too have had a terrible shopping experience with AJ Madison. Back in January I ordered $3,800 worth of appliances and billed for in February. On April 9th I finally called to cancel the order. Every time I called Customer Service I was on the phone no less than an hour only to be told I could expect deliver in 2 weeks. And so, every 2 weeks I had to call them for an update, never once did AJ Madison call to update me on the status of my order. Finally on March 28th I was given a firm delivery date of April 3rd. On April 2nd at 10am I called them, yes I called them again to confirm the delivery only to be told someone would get back to me. I went ahead and requested the day off from work only to have AJ Madison call me back after I had already left work for the day at 4pm in the afternoon to say there would be no delivery. While I completely understand AJ Madison has no control over the production delay in the cooktop I chose I do hold AJ Madison accountable for EXTREMELY poor Customer Service. I not only wasted countless hours on the phone but a vacation day as well. Spend a few extra dollars and shop elsewhere - spare yourself the aggravation. So far this past week I have made 2 calls to customer service trying to get a refund issued to my charge card. The lack of response has forced to me write this unfavorable review and contact my credit card company to issue a credit.
