This was my first order from AHFASHION-SUITALY INC.
I liked the easy navigation through the site and their advices on selecting styles, fabrics, colors etc.As far as to the quality of their products I cannot comment for the reason below.
I placed an order with AHFASHION-SUITALY INC and got no service at all.
The order was placed, along with credit card information on march 9th, I did get an auto reply which said the manager would contact me shortly to confirm the order( ?). After that, not a word from them for two weeks, they didn't answer the phone and plainly stated « not to leave a message but to call back ». After those two weeks I sent an email asking why I hadn't heard from them (the suit was for a wedding and I had to get it BEFORE the wedding). My email was answered three days later telling me to go shopping somewhere else if I didn't like it. This is the text of the actual email:"shop somewhere else"
I was sorry the AHFASHION-SUITALY INC store hadn't been rated yet when I ordered!
I then had to start allover again with another company which acknowledged my order two days latter. I cannot rate the quality of the suits since I never got my order. I think that maybe they got too big for their shoes which doesn’t excuse incompetence and rudeness. By Placing oneself on the internet, a merchant should keep the customer informed of any lengthy delay or operate a store in town.
