The company is very good and the product was shipped on time and was as described. UPS delivered the order to the wrong address, 2 blocks away. The person finally called me to pick up my package.

Everything was fine. The only blip was that the machine didn't work properly but when I called I was given a number for another vendor who was very helpful. Thank you.

I called them after my credit card information cleared to find out when the merchandise would be shipped (this is several days after my credit card was approved) their tracking system was completely useless. I was told that it wouldn't ship until the 13th, arriving sometime around the 20th. I'd been told when placing my order that it would be shipped immediately after my payment had been approved. I left that morning believing that my order would be delayed at least 2 weeks, perhaps three. When I got home and opened my email, to my surprise, there was a new tracking message from UPS stating that my order had been processed the DAY BEFORE I called about it and that it was actually already in Sacramento and scheduled to be delivered the next day. Too bizarre for words that the seller had no idea of when my order would ship despite the fact that it had already happened. the web site was great, easy to view and order. i can't figure out why it takes soooo long to get it shipped!!! i ordered 2 food warmers on sept 25th and when i do a track, as of today / oct 5, it still shows "process". i called a few days ago to get a status and the gal just point blank said "it takes a while, check back online in a week or so. to me that is unacceptable. i order things online all the time and it never takes this long to get something shipped. i'm opening a small business and figured i would give you a chance. never again. when i've been open 5 days now and i still don't have my very much needed food warmers. sorry but i will take my business elsewhere in the future tom langan

Ordered a pizza oven; the price was $130 higher than another company but we have heard great things about Acitydiscount from our restaurant association here in Houston. The oven arrived ontime and was the price quoted. Very reliable company. Would recommend.

Shipping was over priced compared to u.s.p.s. I could have saved half of the cost / Packaging was second rate / Items were used as stated / Covered with sticky syrup / It was so bad it leaked thru the box and was covering part of the outside of the box / I can not recommend purchasing from this outfit :
