VERY good company to deal with- excellent customer service. They do not try to upsell you and there are no hidden charges. Can't say enough good things about ACity- would definitely keep using them for our restaurant kitchen equipment and recommend them to friends! We have bought several kitchen prep tables, some smallware, a walk in fridge, display cabinet and also a margarita machine from ACity and in every single time the item was as described and shipped ontime with no hidden fees. You can also talk to a real human when you call them, unlike some of the other people.

Oh, one other thing. We have noticed that ACity has an email "wish list" thing that we have used for a long time now. It send you an email and tells you when a used item is in stock if you want it for like half off. We got a $4,000 grill that lists for about $8,000 new! They said it had a scratch on the side, but really we didn't see anything wrong at all. It could be that there was a small dent, but that was where it looks like the forklift had to lift it? Have no idea, but as you know if you own a restaurant nobody cares if there is a scratch on the side, when the thing is practically brand new for $4,000 off! So, my advice is to see if you can get on their wish list!!!
