I've ordered from AAlens.com several times, both Air Optix for Astigmatism and B&L Soflens 66, to both the United States and Mexico, and my order was filled promptly every single time with working, fresh contacts at a bafflingly low price. All I can say to anybody frightened off by the few 1 star reviews they've gotten over the years is to give the place a shot. The payment system is secure, so the worst that could happen is that you get a pair of contacts not to your liking, or it gets lost in the mail. The best that could happen, on the other hand, is an opportunity to save tons of money and to try an assortment of brands that may not be provided by your OD. I don't know how these guys do it, but they're no joke.

Very bad online store, send me wrong contact lens and when I returned it and demand a refund, they said not recevied my returned item. It has been more than a month after I sent it back, how can they not receive it. It is rarely postal office lost in the delivery. Buyer beware ! They say 30 days money back guarantee , it is not true.

Awesome service, fast shipping and the exact lenses that I ordered.
  After over 10 years of waiting on my contacts for never any less than 6 weeks, subsequent fitting visit (that I was charged for!) and the same high-priced lenses every year, I decided to order at AAlens to try  contacts that closely resemble those that I usually get without the extreme price tag:  

  AAlens kept me up to date during the processing time and my lenses arrived 14 days after I ordered them. The lenses are exactly what I've ordered with expiration dates in 2015.  The lenses are genuine PureVision and Air Optix (not generics) and came in the original packaging.
I am thrilled with the service I received and - needless to say - any future business regarding my contact lenses is going overseas from here on out.

This place is terrible.  Their website looks like a 5 year old created it and then lenses I received are about as bad.  Like a similar review listed here my lens came in (Purevision) with an exipiration date in 2013 but they constantly slip around my iris and cause blurry vision especially in the corners of my eyes.  I have never had a problem with Purevision doing this and I even had one left over from an old shipment, put that in and no problems so I am guessing it is not my eyes and must be these crap foreign contacts.  I was desperate but I learned my lesson.  I guess all contacts with the same prescription and brand are not created equal.  Plus shipping took over a month and the tracking was as bad as others listed...Epic Fail!

Well, I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I just purchased and received 2 boxes of Focus Monthlys at $17.95 per box. Adding in shipping and fees, I paid about 40 bucks for a 6 month supply of contacts. That's incredible! I will order another 6 month supply now that I know for myself that this company is legit.

Prices: I believe they're the lowest out there. Fees are reasonable.
Quality: I haven't tried on the contacts yet, but their expiration dates are Nov. 2013 and Jan. 2014, so they appear fresh.
Shipping: took a bit of time, at least for me. It took 13 days from the day I ordered for the package to arrive. The company is based in Singapore.

I will continue to purchase from this company from now on.

After reading the review I was a little worried because some of them said delivery was so slow or didn't even receive the package. I'd never ordered anything from Sigapore but I decided to order. I bought 1 day acuvue define and received them super fast! After I ordered, I received email from them. One said order is in process and the other one said they upgraded to registered mail since purchase was more than $30 or something.
I'm totally satisfied with the experience and I will definitely buy it from this site again.

i ordered contacts from the company about 10 days ago and rec'd them couple days ago.  faster than i expected but the quality was poor.  the contacts do not stay on the iris and keeps on slipping down, causing me to have keep on blinking and my eyes are now red.  the expiration on the box says 2013 and i did made sure that i had put them in correctly.  I have been wearing contacts for over 8 years and this has never happened.  THe company emphasized that only UNOPENED merchandise could be returned/exchanged.  i guess i just threw money down the toilet.  very disappointed.  those that are thinking to order, i suggest doing a little bit more homework and research.

I began to sweat, because aalens.com email communications were sort of odd; after researching the source as Singapore, I feared I was being SCAMmed! BUT!--the package arrived 8 days after they confirmed sending and 10 days after my internet order...even though I live on the remote Oregon coast. Product was perfect; gift included as promised. Seems as if international customs checked package, but everything intact otherwise. Would order from aalens again. Can't beat the cost and shipping.

I bought my lences at 23/4/09 ,got them  at my home( Europe,Greece) at 28/4/09. 

Packaging was great and the lences were brand new of course.

I recently purchased a few sets of contacts from AA Lens and never received the package. My credit card was charged, but never received my product from the company. AALens doesn't have a phone number and only a P.O. box-no real address. The only contact info they have is an email address. I sent 8 emails and received a few emails stating that they would look into it, and, I quote, "out of goodwill they will reship my product" if they figure out what happened to the package. I still don't have contact lenses, and AAlens has stopped responding to my emails. That was a month and a half ago that I placed the order. I am out the money I was charged, and have run out of contact lenses while waiting for my package to arrive, so now I can't see! help!

ordered on 4/8/2008 I ordered Focus Toric monthly contacts that have to be special ordered and made! Order was shipped out of Singapore on the 11th delivered on 4/21/2008 cannot beat the price and was quite fast from Singapore to Mississippi.

Patience is a virtue and never more so than when buying incredibly bargain priced name brand contacts at AA Lens.
Shipped from Singapore the lens arrive packaged just as they would be had they been purchased in the US. I know where I'll be getting my next set, huge savings here.

2 weeks after placing my order and my lenses still arent here. Their "tracking" information is completely worthless, too. The only thing it tells you is that something was sent from Singapore to JFK Airport. It doesn't indicate who sent it, where it's going, or what it is, not to mention WHERE it is! I wish that I would have looked a bit deeper when I ordered to see that I was ordering from overseas. BIG MISTAKE!

Best contact lens site on the web. Best prices, cannot be beat, best customer service. I purchased 3 pairs of Durosoft color lenses on 6/5/05 and did a repeat order on 8/15/05 because of the great price. I just placed my third order on 1/21/06 and expect nothing but EXCELLENT products and service. I live in the United States and received my items within the stated time frame. The delivery speed of the product are fairly fast, i got my pair of contacts within a week. Customer service was very friendly and are able to respond to my query within a day.
