Never buy from this store
Let me tell you why:
1) I order a printer and on their website it says they have it in-stock and they will ship it within 24 hours. SO I'm like good, I'll get my printer within the week.

2) Time is about time. I Look at my door step; not there. Sitting at my office I get an email from them (6 business days later), It went something of the sort: Sorry your order got canceled because we forgot to check our inventory before you paid and we don't have your printer 5 days after it should have been shipped, but don't worry we put the money back. Call us if you have any problems. SO I call 2 minutes after and guess what? They are closed.

3) Finally reach them after calling 4 times and getting hung up on after hold. Great Support too. NOT. How much worse can this be?
4) they tell me they are incredibly sorry (I forgot if that was before or after they hung up on me) and that they don't have a printer like that or anything close to it and are not willing to pay the difference for anything better that supports those features. After about 1 hour of support they say that it's too bad for me.

5) I don't want anybody to EVER go through this junk! So easy solution, Don't buy from them. Even if the price is cheaper it's not worth it b/c they won't have the printer. Lets support businesses that want to do business.
