Ordered ribbon, received time cards. Completed the horrific task of return request to obtain a RMA #. I received an e-mail regarding my request and it stated I would get a followup e-mail within 24-48 hours. Three days later, e-mailed them to ask about the RMA #. Was directed to go thru the process again. I e-mailed back and demanded the RMA # because this process was already done. I was told they would not give me a RMA# and their wholesaler stated that I received my ribbon.. Problem was, I received a package.. but it was not ribbons. They instructed me to call their wholesaler. I thought this was a customer service responsibility.... but, I called and was told that they couldn't give me any information because I didn't order from them directly... A MATTER OF FAX ordered from the wholesaler... No, DUH!
This company get's an award for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT ON THE WEB.
I finally received my ribbon with the thanks to the wholesaler. I have another issue regarding the quanity of ribbons... but it just isn't worth the time. I have spend numerous hours already on this order of $20.00- so, the only thing I can say is GOOD LUCK and hope you get what you ordered. Make PRINT SCREENS with full description of products before you order. Keep good records including e-mail correspondence. You might need it.
The best advice I could give anyone is... check to see if there are other vendors with the same product. Check out Better Business Bureau and websites like this to see if it is a good company.... and see how they handle their customer service issues.
People make mistakes... it happens... but what happpened to exceptional customer service? There are companies that still offer it.. find them.
A MATTER OF FAX is not one of the companies that I would order from.
