I must say I am actually VERY satisfied with A Matter Of Fax. While I do feel the website lacks a little pizzazz, it's still very navigatable, provides excellent information, and is a **FREQUENT** choice of mine when I am looking for tech products (typically printers. I can't count how many printers and printer accessories I've purchased from AMOF!)

AMOF has always been a cost leader (in my opinion) of printers and printing accessories. Usually, when a company does this, things suffer. (ie: the website is bad, shipping / handling is shoddy, they don't have new items, etc...)

This lies in stark contrast to my experiences on AMOF. My last order from AMOF was for toner and a second paper tray for one of my printers. Though I chose the standard **FREE** shipping, which the website says usually gets products to the customer in 5-10 days, my toner showed up in **2** days, and the paper tray showed up one day later!!!

The one downside to AMOF is its website. The site doesn't do that great a job when trying to research items. (You need to know what you want to be able to use the website to its fullest abilities.) The site is layed out in terms of manufacturer ---> product, which means that, if you're looking to find **A** multifunction laser printer, you first need to know WHICH MANUFACTURER makes the printer you're interested in researching. Then you have to look at the items AMOF has of that manufacturer. If there's another manufacturer that makes those (for example) multifunction laser printers, you need to BACK UP, select the new manufacturer, and start your research again. It would be better if AMOF styled their website like many of the larger chains, where users can add and remove criteria from a printer purchase on-the fly [ie: printers --> all-in-ones --> laser --> color --> QMS (or something like that...) ]

They do have an advanced search feature, but that doesn't beat the "live-ness" of the other chain stores.

That said, I do need to emphasize that generally, I do my research on other sites (or I know what I need already! [Let's face it - if I need HP model XXYY123 toner, I **KNOW** what I need!!!]) That said, once you KNOW what you NEED, go to AMOF! The prices, service, and value are the BEST! (Plus, once you know what you need, the whole "looking for products" issue above becomes a moot point, and the OTHER information stored on the product page (ie: tech specs, other user reviews, etc...) becomes much easier to utilize.

Fantastic prices, fantastic service, fantastic products! I can't ask for anything more!
