My lamp burned out on my HD television one weekend. I called all around and found that no one actually carries these darn things. Everywhere I called they told me I had to order it. Many places gave me phone numbers to call and I'd end up at some off shore call center. I do not like to give my credit card number out like that so I went on line to hunt around. I got the model number, did a google search and started comparing prices. A Matter of Fax was by far the least expensive. And I don't mean by only a few dollars. I ordered over the weekend and had order confirmation right away. It was great to receive updates via email regarding my order including the UPS tracking number. Email updates were received each step of the way. I never had to contact the company directly. They actually sent me several emails to let me know my order was received, packaged, shipped and provided me the tracking number. From there, I simply copied my tracking number into the UPS website and it told me exactly where my package was. The family was thrilled to know the lamp was on it's way. We received it several days sooner than expected which was great because the kids were getting a little upset having to watch the small 26 inch color TV LOL. I did not expect this company to sell TV replacement lamps but obviously they do. A very well managed operation. I'd purchase again from you if the need arises.
