I live in a very rural area with very limited local choices where I can usually judge the product quality. The internet has been the answer to making a 150 mile one-way trip to have access to especially computer equipment of any sort.
But.... shopping on the internet is a crap-shoot until you've gained experience with the better providers. Then along came the places where customer opinions were available. I relied heavily on the input from the buying public.
My customer service requirements are probably quite antiquated in today's society. But they are my requirements. A Matter of Fax meets all of my customer service requirements to a T and beyond.
When buying at A Matter of Fax, I don't need to be concerned about getting something that is not a quality item. I recently ordered a Rhino color toner cartridge. Rather than make me wait for restock, I was offered another brand with the guarantee this replacement would be as good as Rhino. I understand this guarantee is in force until the toner is used up.
I always want a quality product, a great price and customer service that can not be beat, I will always order from A Matter of Fax.
