BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Ordering on line - We were not allowed to print out an order receipt nor did we receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery - The ordered item was not boxed, so the gift was no surprise.
Order accuracy - We only ordered a cannon scanner, but also received a 3 year limited warranty on the scanner. This item was charged to our credit card (approx $180.00). To clarify: We DID NOT order the warranty, but the company still sent it and charged us.
Customer service - computerized - We tried to contact the company by phone, but always received a busy signal. We then emailed a request for a return and received an automated reply with a return number. We sent the warranty back by certified mail, but the company did not pick it up even after 3 attempts by USPS. (We called the post office located in Harrison, NJ to check on the package progress). The USPS had to return the item to us after 15 days. What was surprising is the fact that the post office and company are located on the same road, Harrison Ave. Why can't they pick up their mail!!
Overall satisfaction - We are extremely upset that a company would send and charge for an item that was not ordered. There is NO customer service, unless you think a computer can provide this. This is the first time we did not received an order confirmation from an on-line purchase. This is not a good way of doing business.
