Since I had called my credit card company to notify them that I was sending a purchased item to a different shipping address myself, there was no problem whatsoever. The package arrived very promptly (within a few days).I received an email stating the item was shipped out and I received it that same day. Perhaps I should have gotten more warning considering the shipping address is in a different location than my home address, but I was very satisfied overall. So far I have had no problems whatsoever with A Matter of Fax or the voice recorder.
