These people sell you stuff that they don't actually have in stock; but they don't tell you that on their website when you place your order.

The website appears professional, but the people behind the website are just lowlives probably working out of a New Jersey warehouse, trying to make a quick buck by selling you stuff that they have to order from a 3rd party, and which will take weeks and weeks to arrive at your door, if at all (I haven't received my item yet).

In fact, they told me they had my item in stock; but after waiting weeks, I called up and found out that they didn't. Their prices are not even cheap to somehow make-up for this. They charge the going prices on everything.

You give them your money; and they purchase the item from a 3rd party distributor. You sit at home waiting for your item to arrive; and after weeks of waiting, you call them up to request a tracking number; which they don't provide you. I have still not yet received the heater I ordered. These people are dishonest, do not buy from them; you will be sorry.

(I don't know why I see all of these positive ratings. Might those be AMRoyal employees posting?)

These people should go out of business, and go back to whatever crooked line of work they belong. We should not give unethical people our business. I wish I had checked ratings before buying.
