Customer service seems to be taken seriously by the staff of AM Royal. We contacted AM Royal to see if they had a hard to get exterior blower range hood in stock and they said that they had one left in stock. We went online and ordered the hood from AM Royal, few minutes later we got a confirmation of the order via email. The very next day i called in the morning to see when the unit will be going out and we were told that it will go out later that day and they will email us a tracking number. Around 4pm we got an email with the tracking number. After the unit shipped out we realized that we should have expedited the shipment so it gets to our house before the contractor leaves. We called them and asked them if they can still contact the trucking company in order to expedite it and we were willing to pay for it. The customer service representative said he would look into it and give us a call in few minutes. He called us 5 minutes later and said that the unit will be going to be by us in 2 days and there will be no additional cost since we are at a 2-day shipping zone. The unit arrived by us 2 days later. One more thing to mention is that the unit was packed very well and they used extra box on top of it to protect it from damage. No the unit is installed and we are very pleased with it.
