Part of the order I received was incorrect. A wrong size bottle of cologne was sent. I notified the company by e-mail and a phone call, and my complaint was handled properly. I returned the item to the company via the UPS label they sent to me, and received the correct item in a timely manner.

Miserable experience! I bought my husband cologne for his father's day gift. It came on time but a 1/4 of the bottle was empty and the box was very damp. I called to explain the condition and was told they would have to file a report with UPS. If I wanted another bottle shipped I would pay the shipping and be reimbursed by UPS. After I begrudgingly agreed, was told they were out of stock of that product and the gift set. I had to go out and purchase another gift for the holiday and am dissapointed! I don't feel like the girl I spoke with cared, just that I would have all of the contents for UPS to inspect. I'm not a liar, cheat, etc... There was a leak and I wanted another one. Very frustrating!!!
