Anytime that I've had to call and change an order the people are polite, and very helpful. My orders come very quickly, and very well packaged. Also, the pricing is excellent! Part of the order I received was incorrect. A wrong size bottle of cologne was sent. I notified the company by e-mail and a phone call, and my complaint was handled properly. I returned the item to the company via the UPS label they sent to me, and received the correct item in a timely manner.

Miserable experience! I bought my husband cologne for his father's day gift. It came on time but a 1/4 of the bottle was empty and the box was very damp. I called to explain the condition and was told they would have to file a report with UPS. If I wanted another bottle shipped I would pay the shipping and be reimbursed by UPS. After I begrudgingly agreed, was told they were out of stock of that product and the gift set. I had to go out and purchase another gift for the holiday and am dissapointed! I don't feel like the girl I spoke with cared, just that I would have all of the contents for UPS to inspect. I'm not a liar, cheat, etc... There was a leak and I wanted another one. Very frustrating!!!

Just wish you had more in stock and the prices were more reasonable. What I pay for the 1.7 oz, I paid for the 3.3 n the stores when they sold it. That part I don't like, I feel as though the online perfume places are taking advantage in bad economic times.
