I was disappointed to recieve an email several days after my online purchase that the item was unavailable. I almost blew off NBC but I saw that the item was still advertised on eBay. This time I called. I didn't catch her name but this is one of the nicest persons with whom I have spoken. She checked the stock and helped me through the purchase. Thanks.

I bought a new mitsubishi 73 inch tv ,saved the box for a couple of weeks. then threw the box away thinking I would not need  it anymore, then a week later my tv started messing up so I contacted msnbc to get a replacement tv but they left me hanging with a bad tv WOULD not replace  it because I did not have the original box.so that was THEIR excuse to get out of their responsibility.WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!.this was all within the 30 days for returns

This is the 2nd computer that was defective from 2 different manufacturers. The list of computers with ShopNBC is limited at this time, so I won't be buying anymore computers. I went elseware. I have to write that this time customer service was very good, but in the past I was treated poorly.

Bought a Protron TV from shopNBC because the order-taker assured me it was made by Panasonic. Not so! It was apparently made by some company that's now out of business. Kept it because it would have cost too much to ship back, but TV was never any good, & shopNBC's customer Service Dept was most unhelpful.

The prices are fair, however, the package shipping is too much. For example, I ordered several items, and most could have been packaged/shipped together in order to save more money.

The merchandise I ordered arrived with terrible craftsmanship so I've ordered an exchange. A week later I was charged almost 20% of the total price for "handling" fees. Apprantly the hobos that inspected the item claims the craftsmanship was fine, even when it's complete trash. In other words, THEY think they can decide whether or not YOU're satisfied with your item.


Don't ever buy anything from them, you money isn't safe when it goes through their hands.

I received the spin mop - nice but really needs to be improved - I read the reviews about the handle - which is very flimsy it's almost as if it would bend, I can tell after one moping it won't last long - therefore this is expensive for a few moping's - I have 2 little dogs doesn't pick up the dog hair, so kind of useless, I have traverstine tile throughout my home, I feel the bucket should be on wheels to move around - heavy with the water in it since it's a pretty big bucket - & the mop heads should have some sort of scrubber on the underside to scrub the floors - I believe this to be a knock off of the real thing - therefore I feel I'll need to return this item soon since they say it has some type of guarantee?? not sure what this is - but in all fairness, yes the mop is great, will it last - probably not - I mop a lot

I have a great deal of confidence when shopping with ShopNBC. Even if I have a problem with an order, their customer service generally goes above and sometimes beyond what I expect from them to resolve my issue.

Shop NBC's hosts Shawn Wilsie, Jim Skelton with Stuhrling's Larry Megan and Stauer's Mike Biceglia are terrific! Keep them going on Watch Time, Shop NBC sales with top values. I did see a size difference between the ShopNBC'S web site details and one show's description... that's only happened once but did bring up a no fit issue, return. Aside from that I've been pleased with 9 out of 10 purchases. Keep up the good work!
