Given the value of the items ordered (nearly $200), tracking information certainly should have been much better. However, the package did arrive on-time. Unfortunately, though the boxes were securely enclosed in a Tyvex-like envelope, the jewelry boxes inside were inexplicably dirty. The items inside were properly packed, but the dirt inside the envelope was curious -- and unexpected.

I purchased a watch from you guys. I had a promo code that stated I would receive 15% off due to the fact I was a new customer. The code didn't work so when I called I was hung up on. I did not have an answer that was satisfactory. You said I would receive this rebate in 5-7 business days. I purchased the watch on may 11Th. It is now may 21st. It has now been 9 business days and I still have not received my rebate. This is unacceptable. Now I have overdraft fees from my bank. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BUISNEES PRACTICE!!!!!!! I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SHOP NBC AGAIN!!!!!!

Shop NBC offers very nice jewelry. I have had problems in the past with their Customer Service Department and it should be better staffed and their practices improved. While I am pleased with the item purchased (a birthday gift for my sister), the item was due to arrive at my home on 5/5 and arrived today, 5/11, the same day as the invoice.

Love the selection of items. High end down to very affordable. Wish they offered more Value Pays on higher priced items, like in the past. I realize it is likely the economy & cancelled credit cards. I understand (I am a consumer business lender), but makes a difference in how much & what I buy. Some customer svc problems, agents have a "cookie cutter mentality" with service, but for the most part, have had good experience with SNBC & will purchase again. Thanks.

I have bought 11 watches from ShopNBC and I am very happy with the service and especially the watches. The watches I have bought are Invicta, except for one Croton I bought for my Grandson's 22nd birthday. Ma ny thanks to Jim Skeleton and Invicta for their beautifultime pieces. Before watching Jim I owned 1 watch, an Adee Kaye. which was a gift from my son Brian. All the watches I purchased were under $100.00. Sincerely, Tom O'Connor

I ordered a Heroes graphic novel from them and it arrived damaged. The corner of the hard cover book was smashed in. Whats odd was the box it came it was fine. I guess they just send anything out, damaged or not. I sent it back and 2 months later I received a replacement and it was damaged also on the corner.


Never ever order from them. I was expecting more from NBC. Very disappointed.

Customer Service is the WORST I've ever encountered...ANYWHERE! I received a 10.00 credit for participating in an online survey.  I tried to redeem it and the Customer Service person(s)...yes, I talked to many...treated me like a liar and rip-off artist. After repeated attemps on the phone to get this straightened out and being put on hold for 20 minutes everytime, I emailed Mitch Cook, VP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE for a personal reply, only to get a response from another rude person in Customer service.  They attached so many stipulations to the credit that it was laughable. The one I liked the most was that I couldn't apply it to a new order, I had to apply it to a "value pay".  I never use value pay. After this experience, I have noticed many unhappy customers on this site.  I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN...PERIOD.

Horrid website, unhelpful customer service, overpriced stuff, slow delivery and and a confusing and slow return process.  Very confusing.  Very slow. I returned a shoddy piece of jewelry and it was acknowledged 10 days later.  Another 10 days to credit to my account.  Then I got an email stating the return was in process and being reviewed for a refund--and this was a month after I had already gotten my money back.  Dont even think about calling customer service on a cell phone you will use your minutes up for the nest month.  The web site is very slow-- yes I braved shopping at Shop NBC for a gift.  I gave up because the website was sooooo slow.  Maybe that was a blessing huh?

I would never buy any thing from shop NBC they dont stand behind what they sale! i bought an hp note book and after 10 months it burned up and no one will fix it even that it is under warranty. Hp says they wont fix it and shop Nbc wont help to get it fixed so if you buy any kind of note book or computer it wont last a year and forget the warranty cause no one will honor it

I have been shopping at shopnbc for many years, but I must admit there is a coolness and lack of warmth from the whole shopping experience. I am not talking about the hosts or the telephone order people. For example--The Ramseys were on about 2 years ago and I had bought a ring from them and I was so pleased with the ring that I sent a personal email to their personal web site.WEll, when they happened to be on TV again and showing the ring again I called the testimonial line while Patsy was literally calling out my name saying "Hi Carol" and then telling the host what a lovely email they had gotten from me about the ring and mentioned what I had written. I called and was transferred to a man in the testimonial dept. told the man about the whole story while they were on and I was told I could not talk to them. I was very upset and said I didn't understand and I said she was calling out my name on the show and he said I couldn't talk to them. I couldn't understand and there was no reason given and no politeness in his voice. Another exmple--I had just gotten a ring from Brilliante and a stone fell out and when I called they said they couldn't do anything about it. They would not send me another one and I had just bought the ring!-they were very curt and unsympathetic-Also I would never get the shopnbc card again. I tore up the new one they sent to my house because of the telephone experience I had years ago when I ordered my first card. The lady from the bank was so curt and arrogant to me that I was shocked.I do love Sonya B. and Chuck Clemency and all the designers. They are lovely people. QVC and HSN are a much better place to shop and they go out of their way and show genuine kindness and concern and follow up that kindness with action if I have any problems.
