the acai was rancid. your return policy seems to indicate that i am stuck with a spoiled inedible product. i am very dissapointed and cannot shop with your company again. also note that i am a seasoned acai user and know rancid when i smell or taste it. would love to return it to you if for no other reason than having you people smell what you sent me and are making me pay for. i am just really dissapointed.

My only concern would be that - upon opening the package - I found the product packaging had been changed and I was uncertain as to whether I had been shipped the item ordered or a replacement. I had to return to the internet to ascertain that, indeed, there was new packaging.

I did not HAVE to call the merchant, but did only because I really needed to receive the product in a certain period of time and wanted to be sure it was in stock. I have already used this merchant again. It is a great source for me and I will continue to use them as they carry products used in the 21 lbs in 21 days - Marth Vineyard diet detox and I plan on fasting several times a year. I am very pleased to have found this excellent merchant online!!!!

I ordered from them and when I checked 5 days later to see if my order had been shipped it said it was on hold. I called the company to find out why it hadn't been shipped and they said the hold up was because of a coupon I used. I used a coupon from a coupon site that gave me 5% off of $25.00.The expiration date is Dec. 31 2006 which is not expired. It took my coupon when I put in the code and deducted the 5% off. There are several coupon sites that are offering this same coupon.911 Health Shop has refused to honor the coupon and held up my order without even emailing me to let me know what they were doing. Customer service was not helpful at all.They would not ship unless I agreed to forget about the coupon.I will never order from them again even though their prices are good.

Delivery speed good. Order accuracy good. overall satisfaction with this product is excellent. However seller is overcharging by about $20.00 per can. I found it cheaper (much) in 2-3 other locations. As low as $76.95 in two separate places.

I ordered buffered aspirin for my dog (Mid Jan. 06). It arrived (last week) and upon checking the bottle I saw it had an expiration date of April 06. When I called they told me that the manufacturer says it is good for two years after the expiration date. I told them that the consumer only has the expiration date to go by and not what the manufacturer says. They insisted the medication was good. I requested a refund and returned the product. Not a good experience. If the product is good for two years after the expiration date, then it should show the expiration date as two years later. The product was not fresh and should not be sold.
