I went through with an order after debating a while about spending so much money on a juicer, but am very glad I did. I had also had some horror stories with people online (particularly ebay) and was reluctant to try online shopping again. I did my research first and it helped. I had read some good reviews on these people on some blogs and such - thanks tj231 for the recommendation! haha. ANyway, I got my order quick and I got it right. I had a question on the status of the order and I called in and got my tracking number (I came to find out that it had already been emailed to me..DUH!). Thanks!

I must say that I was very pleased with the service which this company gave me. I had a very hard time figuring out what type of juicer I wanted and the customer service rep stayed on the phone with me for a good half an hour (I talk a lot..so be prepared). I finally figured out what I wanted but wanted to make sure. I ended up finding a better price so I called the customer rep up again and they were kind enough to match it. Then, I got the juicer and had a problem because I didnt know how to use it so they helped again! All of their emails were friendly and extrmly quick to return them. A+ you did a great job helping this old man!!!

Would not honor "pricematch guarantee",much less guaranteed customer satisfaction.Customer service acknowledged the web site was deceiving and they would "make some changes" but did nothing to rectify the situation-- basically tried to force me to keep the juicer--would not tell me how much it would cost to ship item back with merchandise return #, other than he would charge my card back less the amt and stated if I refused shipment he would charge for both ways shipping. His price match consisted of ridiculous amounts--i.e. "I'll take off $6 but it is cutting into my profit margin"--it was insulting. Be prepared to dispute--either with your credit card or BBB. Customer service in a word was Nasty.

I am in the process of refusing shipment and sending this juicer back asap. This co is bad karma. Buyer Beware.

Although I received my juicer very quickly, there was a missing (normally optional) item. I e-mailled them, their communication was very good and they shipped me the part same-day. Customer service is great, best I've ever encountered so far. Shipping is quick. Price is right. I' d recommend 877MyJuicer.com to anyone. Love my Kempo BTW!!!

I was overly satisfied with my experience. I wasnt crazy about my first juicer I got, and they took it back no problem, no questions. The whole reason I ordered with them was because of the 100% guarantee, and they did an excellent job backing up that guarantee. I ended up with the product I wanted, at a hellofa price!
