I bought some KEF KHT 3000 series home theatre speakers from them. The sales representative, Steven Clendenny, was friendly and helpful, even through some confusion with my credit card company. The speakers were delivered promptly, in their sealed factory boxes, and in perfect condition. I would certainly consider using them again.

Had a great experience purchasing a panasonic th-50pz750u plasma tv at 6th ave. Got a fantastic price and service to match. Initially, I was a little hesitant about buying an expensive tv online, but Scott M guided me through the process. My tv was in stock and arrived on schedule - in six business days. The 6th ave tracking system worked well. I paid extra for I-CAT but feel this custom delivery service is overpriced. If you have a large tv delivered request I-CAT to send two people. They add minimal value for $125. Do your homework on purchasing the extended warranty and hdmi cables from 6th Ave.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase - the tv is stunning - and highly recommend Scott M (ext 8631) and 6th Ave.

Simply go to eBay and notice how many negative feedbacks have been used as a "punishment" for the buyer when leaving a negative feedback for 6th Ave. Many buyers claim weeks for delivery; 6A retorts as "no payment received." Notice also how many negatives issued by 6th Ave were for "bad address" or "invalid e-mail." Finally, if you are willing to take the time, a thorough review of negative feedbacks by 6th Ave against buyers are in "waves of similar negatives." For example, between May 28, 2007 and June 3, 2007, 6th Ave left 5 feedbacks - ALL NEGATIVE and starting with exact phrase, "NON PAYING BIDDER. . .” Geez, if I were a vendor and had that many non-paying bidders, I would quit selling on eBay!

Lastly, for entertainment reading, look how many buyers claim their feedback from 6th Ave were LIES. A fun read, if you wish.

I was interested in buying a hd plasma television. I scoured the internet for the best value I could find. I was looking for a fifty inch television. Sixth Avenue Electronics had the best pricing for the quality I was seeking.

Wow. Fast service great price . The model I purchased was a new item. ( Released on Aug 2 and I purchased Aug 3 at a 20% discount from MSRP. Fast service. I ordered on Friday shipped on Monday and received on Wednesday. That is service. Total $1300 Denon 3808 A/V receiver. 6th Ave Electronics is the best vendor on the internet for electronics as far as I am concerned. I have ordered 6 Plasma TVs from them on separate occasions and the price is always great the service top notch and the shipping super fast and friendly. David Schonfeld has been a pleasure to deal with on every occasion, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson very straightforward and honest. I have ordered a 42 inch HP plasma, 2 Panasonic 42 inch Plasmas, 2 50 inch Panasonic Plasmas and a 60 inch Pioneer Plasma, I ordered all with 3 year in home warranties. I have shipped TVs to four different locations three near Dallas and one in Virginia and all of the TVs arrived early. With so many vendors selling electronics they don't have in stock or baiting and switching these days 6th Ave has been a breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Ordered a $900 camcorder by phone. It arrived in perfect shape, only took about 3 days with standard delivery. Steve was great to deal with. He was immediately able to tell me the item was in stock and was able to get an excellent price also. USA model brand new factory authorized Canon dealer. He offered accessories but was by no means pushy about having to accept them for the sale to proceed.

Very poor customer service!
I ordered a phone on 6/27 and was told it was in stock and would ship out in 3-4 days. I called three days later to see if it was ready to ship and was told again it would ship that same week. I called again 6 days later, still told it would ship the same week. I just made a 3rd call to finally find out they do NOT have it in stock! It has to be ordered from a retail store and then shipped. It has now been 10 days and it is still NOT in stock. Very dishonest, if I had been told up front, I would not be so upset and would know what to expect. If I don't receive it by 7/12, I will be cancelling my order!

the negative post below is true, i ordered a tv on there ebay store a few months ago and called in, they had great service and even transfered my call to there manager who gave me a free cleaning kit, i got it all and decided to buy a camera from there amazon store thinking it would be the same deparmtent...hey the internet is the intenet...turns out they have separete departments for everything, i couldnt get in touch with the ebay people for tracking info the amazon people where idiots and then i got a email saying they are being investigated for fraud from amazon! called me cc up 1 minute later and disputed the charge...check it out...they got kicked off of amazon for fraud...taking money and not shipping products and the ebay department doesnt even sell anything anymore...stay away they are crooks! spend your money at c-city or best buy instead...at least they give you a product!

6th Avenue was one of the best internet shopping experiences I have had over the years. Ordering was easy, shipping was free, and came within 3 business days. Other sites promised free chipping within 6 to 10 business days. When I called to verify I had the correct card for the camera I bought, they were pleasant and efficient. I recently decided to upgrade my DVD player to one with HDMI capability. I researched some prices for the model I wanted on line, and 6th Ave Electronics had the model I wanted at the lowest price. 6th Ave Electronics web site layout was very user friendly, and the checkout process was typical of other on-line stores. I placed my order on a Thursday morning and although I chose standard shipping, I received it the very next afternoon. My order was well packed, and in perfect condition when it arrived. In this day and age you are lucky if you get a "Thank you, have a nice day" when you make a purchase in person at a store, so I was surprised to receive a phone call from a 6th Ave representative checking to make sure I received my order and was satisfied. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at 6th Ave, and would definitely buy from them again.

I wanted to be assured that I was dealing with a recognized authorized internet dealer for the Pioneer Elite Pro 940HD Plasma that I purchased. 6th Avenue is listed on Pioneer's website. I worked closely with Steven C #8448 to determine the best fit for my needs. There was no pressure. I received all the required information that allowed me to make an informed decision. 6th Ave and Steven delivered everything that they promised. I think the review grading system is off here. There are enough bad comments about these people to refute them worthy of 4 stars or 4 checks either. I give 6th ave. electronics a D in all regards. There was a revision on their item that was listed in ebay. No big deal. They have sacrificed my good standing with ebay because I left them NEUTRAL feedback. Well, now who's laughing. I sent the ebay division of 6th ave several emails and recieved one snappy one back. I don't deserve to be treated the way I was and I see I am not alone. AVOID, ABORT. Go to Amazon or someone else!
