I tried to buy an lcd tv online through this company, a big mistake. Their website was great, very easy to order, and it stated the product I ordered will whip in 7-10 business days. After all that time (about 2 weeks after they charged my credit card), there was no word or update about my order and when I called they told me they would need another 5 days to find out from their dealer if the TV is even available (!). In the meantime, "would you be interested in another equivalent TV" I said no and after the 5 days, nothing, and they tried to offer me another TV. I asked to cancel my order and they promptly refunded my credit card (though their e-mail states they don't charge for the product until it is shipped---a lie!)Of course the worst lie was that they had the product in the first place---and they will let you wait 3 weeks (after they have charged your credit card)to let you know they don't have the product and they try to do the bait and switch. I will never order anything from this company again---I don;t care what the other reviewers say about them, I think their policy of charging you for a product they don;t have is fraudulent practice.
