Shipping costs are prohibitive in case of returns. Sizes and fit vary among manufacturers so the savings by bying online are negated by costs of returns and exchanges. I once had to return an item twice, which meant that I paid for shipping four times.

I have not received the email regarding a return I requested last week. Now when I go into to begin the return process I only see that a return is in process. I understood that I would receive an email with a document to accompany the item I am returning. Please advise as soon as possible if I should wait for the email before I send back the jacket.

The shoes I ordered came a little slower than promised. The tracking code did not work at all. The shoes are not the best quality and somewhat painful to wear. Next time, I would probably only buy a brand that I am familiar with and recommend the same for other buyers.

Shopping here seems easy, but returning is more complicated than most places I order from. This will impact who I order from. Although I marked yes on purchasing from here again, I would think twice about ordering items I'm not familiar with.

shipping was lighting fast but the size of the shoe was way off. I wear a 9 to 9.5 in every shoe I have. I ordered 9's and they were at least 1 full size too large. So I am in the process of returning the merchandise which is disappointing and expensive. Shipping both ways will cost more than the produt!

I think the actual shopping experience is great because it is easy to use. I also like that there is a flat rate on shipping, and with the two seperate times I have ordered from this site the packages either came within the expected time frame or earlier. The most recent items I purchased arrived in two days even though the expected time frame was 4-5 buisness days. I ordered three pairs of shoes...two came in excellent condition, but with one pair the strap was a little worn and I needed to fix the buckle with a pair of plyers because the inside part had come out of place. I still answered "yes" to the question asking if the items I ordered came in good condition because the other two shoes did, and except for the semi-worn strap on the other pair the rest of shoe was in good condition. I will definitely shop on this site again...you really can't beat the deals and the great shipping time.

i like shopping at 6pm, however, I wish they allowed exchanges. For example, I bought a pair of shoes during a one day say, however, they are too big, so I'd like to exchange them for a smaller size at the same price I paid. But 6pm doesn't have that option.

So far, so good. I had to order a larger size and haven't returned the extra pair yet, but I hope the return process will be ok. I wish you had free shipping, but I was pleasantly surprised how fast the shoes came....the very next day on both pairs!

Since brands differ on sizing, once one figues out what size to purchase - this is probably the only store I will be purchasing shoes from in the future. I now have seven pairs of shoes from 6pm that are high quality, name brand and I can't beat the prices or service anywhere. Thank you.
