I'm happy with three out of four pairs of shoes I received; one pair was too big even I ordered them all the same size. I didn't bother to return the pair because it seems too cumbersome. It would be nice if I can return to a store or something like that. Overall, great shopping experience. I just ordered another pair of boots for my daughter yesterday I hope they'll fit her. One thing I worry ordering online is unable to try on the shoes and I end up keeping them anyway..

I am very disappointed that I haven't received my order yet & only hope there won't be problems when or if I receive it. Online it said it would take 3-4 Business Days. I received my shipping confirmation the next day & now it's been over a week. If it's not here by tomorrow, I will need to track this & write back to them. This was my first time ordering from 6pm so it's not been very impressionable.

I had to return the shoes I purchased because they were cut very small. I did not like the fact that I had to pay to return the shoes and that 6pm.com does not refund the shipping and handling cost back on any returns. Shipping and handling fees should be paid by 6pm.com on all returns due to the fact the company will not refund the cost back to the customer.

I like the most the daily offers and the variety of products I can get, I think for a customer the best buy is a combination of good product for less price. The only thing that i don't like is to pay shipping for every single product i buy, maybe sometimes you can offer free shiping as part of a promo. I am very happy with your big selection. It is really hard to find totally leather (inside/out) shoes for little ones. I also love the fact you can narrow it down by size and/or color. And what I love most is that your shipping/handling charges are affordable unlike so many other places online.
