The problems I have is with your website order ,because after I selected my order items it shows in stock in my shopping cart and by the time I finished registering my info it shows out of stoke 0 left ,so that was disappointing. Thank you

I have already emailed customer service on what was an excellent online shopping experience for me. I made a purchase one evening and needed one day shipping. The shoes I ordered were at my door the following morning! I was amazed and delighted and actually couldn't believe it. The shoes were in excellent condition. I shop online all the time - but this is the first time I've shopped at 6pm.com. I am totally impressed - 1) merchandise, 2) sale price, 3) easy of ordering 4) website, and 5) speed of delivery. Very impressed. I will definitely come back to this website! Please pass on this feedback. (PS I didn't need to return anything, but it looks like the return policy is good also, which is essential for any online order I place.)

I am 7.5 specially with 9-West but the silver shoes that I ordered were too short and too tight. I need an 8. I do not like the fact that I have to pay for the return shipping and reorder the size 8 and pay shipping again. Endless.com has a better policy for return. If I do not get free shipping and free return shipping I will return all the 4 shoes I bought in 7.5 and take my business somewhere else.

I don't think the USPS tracking is updated as it should be, so that I don't fault 6pm for. Still, it would have been nice for 6pm to have their own tracking device, or at least an estimated time of delivery. Thanks!

I made my first purchase late in May. I made my 2nd purchase Friday 6/26. My first purchase is being returned (too small) and my second has not arrived. Therefore, I cannot say much about product. I like the ease of use of the website. Customer service via email is very friendly & helpful. Thanks!

The ordering process went smmothly, and it provides a printable page for your records. There was a pricing problem,as the shoes I picked out were on the main page ad at one price, but I was charged a different amount. I immediately printed out the home page for proof of the advertised amount, and e-mailed 6pm. They responded quickly and after a couple of e-mailexchages I was informed I would be reimbursed for the price difference.
