I am 7.5 specially with 9-West but the silver shoes that I ordered were too short and too tight. I need an 8. I do not like the fact that I have to pay for the return shipping and reorder the size 8 and pay shipping again. Endless.com has a better policy for return. If I do not get free shipping and free return shipping I will return all the 4 shoes I bought in 7.5 and take my business somewhere else.

I don't think the USPS tracking is updated as it should be, so that I don't fault 6pm for. Still, it would have been nice for 6pm to have their own tracking device, or at least an estimated time of delivery. Thanks!

I made my first purchase late in May. I made my 2nd purchase Friday 6/26. My first purchase is being returned (too small) and my second has not arrived. Therefore, I cannot say much about product. I like the ease of use of the website. Customer service via email is very friendly & helpful. Thanks!

The ordering process went smmothly, and it provides a printable page for your records. There was a pricing problem,as the shoes I picked out were on the main page ad at one price, but I was charged a different amount. I immediately printed out the home page for proof of the advertised amount, and e-mailed 6pm. They responded quickly and after a couple of e-mailexchages I was informed I would be reimbursed for the price difference.

Every pair of shoes purchased from this merchant arrived sooner than expected. I won an iron from ebay the same time I ordered these shoes and I have not seen it yet! Coming from one state away! The shopping experience was smooth and easy. When is comes to tracking, you can check "my account" and it will tell you the day it shipped, but no tracking number. I purchased 3 pairs of same shoe in different sizes and colors. I found it strange that 2 pairs where received in Bandalino boxes wrapped as new shoes are typically wrapped, but one pair came in a larger white plain box, with the shoes wrapped in tissue paper with tissue paper stuffed in them. Are they shoes that were once purchased and returned? Although the shoes did not look worn, I would hope I didn't receive rejected shoes.
