I had to return the shoes I purchased because they were cut very small. I did not like the fact that I had to pay to return the shoes and that 6pm.com does not refund the shipping and handling cost back on any returns. Shipping and handling fees should be paid by 6pm.com on all returns due to the fact the company will not refund the cost back to the customer.

I like the most the daily offers and the variety of products I can get, I think for a customer the best buy is a combination of good product for less price. The only thing that i don't like is to pay shipping for every single product i buy, maybe sometimes you can offer free shiping as part of a promo. One more thing: I bought from Mexico, and it's nice the chance I have to get this offers, and when i visit my friends or family, i can pick up this products that maybe there are not in my country. I am very happy with your big selection. It is really hard to find totally leather (inside/out) shoes for little ones. I also love the fact you can narrow it down by size and/or color. And what I love most is that your shipping/handling charges are affordable unlike so many other places online. Babies don't wear shoes for a very long time, so one doesn't want to spend extra charges for s/h. I view your website quite often to check for new selections. Keep it up!

Excellent - from website organization, narrowing of selections by size/style, etc., ease of ordering, phone customer service (for a site error), extremely quick delivery, and quality of delivered materials. The one error at time of delivery was taken care of promptly - shipping was being erroneosly charged, but that was removed with one phone call. This is the only website that I have had things "yanked out of my basket" by another shopper. I made sure to go online at 6 am in order to get the coat deal. I was happy to have grabbed one quick enough & then continued to shop & add other items to my cart. When I went to check out, it said that coat was no longer available. Consequently, I didn't order anything that day. Customer service response is that I need to check out as soon as I grab the item otherwise it goes to whomever pays for it first. I was working on putting other items in my cart to get >$100 for free shipping. So the pro is the price, but the con is the roller derby shopping style.
