6pm has great prices. However, sometimes their website is glitchy and when you click on an item, a different price appears on the product page. This has happened several times over a period of a few monthes now, which I have contacted 6pm about twice. Also, there seems to be NO WAY to find out what my brandaholics amount is, and to this day, have yet to receive my 10% discount.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Product descriptions are inadequate, there are no customer comments on products, and I have to pay for return shipping. Prices are good but I'm always having to return things because they fit weird or are shoddy. Publishing customer comments would help, but clearly 6pm.com is about moving crummy merch and not about customer satisfaction. It's strictly buyer beware.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I like to shop at 6pm for my shoes, they have a great selection of most of the shoes I like to wear. I do have one problem with the return policy, i think it should be made easier. I returned a pair of shoes because they were to tight on my feet, well I paid for the return shipping through UPS and paid $15-18 dollars. So, if that is one thing that can be checked into that would be great. Sometimes I won't order shoes for this reason.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Great variety, but a bit slow on second order from payment processing to actually shipping my item. It took over a week for it to be pulled from warehouse and updated to shipped, and the purchase was made 7 days prior to that status change.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
