I needed an item sent via US Mail; I e-mailed them to find out the shipping cost and received a very prompt reply. The item was shipped rapidly and arrived in good condition. No complaints whatsoever. I have no qualms doing business with them again.

It took a week to tell me my sandals were back-ordered. It took another two weeks to get my sandals. Wrong size - don't listen to what they recommend on sizing (Some shoes are not available in half sizes, so you have to get a "recommendation".) Customer service will give you excuses rather than not fix the problem. I had to send it back by no fault of my own and they refused to pay for shipping because it's "against company policy". Isn't that nice? I guess company policy and doing the right thing are two very different things. Do not support such practices by doing business with 4 Site Outdoors. Out of respect for yourself.

After a week without word on when the product would be shipped, I went back to the site and couldn't find information on my order. When I called I got very good service and the product arrived on the next business day (three days later).

I was looking around the internet for a Rokk Avalanche Backpack which for some reason the manufacturer isn't stocking anymore. The "2004" models will be coming out shortly. As far as the website goes, it was concise and easy to navigate. My first inclination to buy from this site was price. I basically ordered something that was not in stock from this reseller.

I was very pleased that the merchant contacted me in a very timely manner when the item that I ordered was not available. I was then able to order a different, but comprable, item and still have it here before Christmas. I did not order the original item until December 21.

Site showed blister pack of 12 pieces with price, but when ordered received 8 not 12 and package came from another company (drop shipped) but no reference to 4site that I ordered from only a PO # that I had no reference to. When I called and asked for the additional 4 to make 12 they said "picture must be wrong - description did not list a quantity". Offered discount of $1.00 so acceped since they refused to send additional product at no charge. Next time I will try a different supplier. I felt site was deceiving as shoued a 12 item blister pack, then shipped a 8 piece blister pack.

the site was very easy to navigate. A representative called my home number durint the day, instead of my work number to confirm that the ship to and bill to addresses were different which was nice, but fortunatly the order I placed wasn't a surprise for anyone. Overall though I think they were fine to deal with.
