As a repeat customer I am very pleased with 4InkJets. Originally I discovered this vendor through Amazon.com but now purchase direct and will continue to use them as my source for both new and remanufactured 74XL and 75XL printer ink cartridges.

I received my ordered merchandise very quickly, and the product seems to be exactly what I was expecting. I have not, as yet, had the chance to actually use the product. I always find it easy to place an order with you. I usually receive my order within a few days. If I find that one of the cartridges doesn't work, I contact your customer service department and a new cartridge arrives in a day or two. I was unable to complete this order with you as what I ordered was put on backorder. I had to order from another company who had the cartridges in stock as I was all out of the black. The black cartridge I had left when I ran out of the one in the printer turned out to be the wrong number and not meant for my printer. My fault for not checking the numbers on all the boxes when they came in originally.

I'm a novice online shopper and found it takes me a while to develop 'shopper savvy' and confidence. This was NOT a problem on your site. I still haven't figured where the 10% coupon code that was automatically entered came from or where to find them in the future, but the added discount saved me a bit more. All in all... relatively easy shopping, good products & prices, and great service from the people (I guess there's still somebody behind all this computer stuff!!??) in pick & pack.
