The tracking was unacceptable because USPS gave me only the fact that they had the package, not when it would arrive or where it was at any given time. UPS ground tells you exactly where it is as it moves along toward you. SUPS does not. But it arrived in three days and the ink worked in my scanner. The black ink package had been damaged - ink was inside the wrap and on the box. I was concerned about installing it, but I needed to print, so I installed it. I should call customer service, because I am concerned that the ink might dry out soon. The ink got on my hands and on the floor, but it washed off.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I'm a repeat customer with 4InkJets. I was completely satisfied with my order before, and I'm completely satisfied this time. IMHO, their ink is just as good as the manufacturer's.
