Not on my last order, but on the order before I received a refill kit of black ink, the refill process was easy enough, but the ink keep leaking out. My last refill!

The customer service was very good however the toner products sold to me as compatible with the Oki C5500 were not. The cyan cartridge was from one manufacture and worked well. The other cartridges were made by another manufacture. The yellow cartridge didn?t work so the merchant sent (2) identical yellow cartridges that also failed. I haven?t installed the black or magenta so I am going to return those along with the (3) yellow cartridges for credit. I will purchase the toner elsewhere since it is now two weeks later with out yellow toner.

Very poor color reddition (a phone call addmitted a problem with this product and requested return of order - this cost added return cost and wasted time). I feel this problem should have been caught BEFORE shipping to customers!

I was a little worried at first. I ordered Canon CLI series cartridges w/chip. They arrived as schedualed. I have been using them for a week so far and the ink supply is just fine. The colors are excellent. And all this for a third of the retail price. It is a no brainer. I recommend this store highly.
