I placed my order online on April 26 (the internal order no. is 1457790). When May 6 arrived and I hadn't received an email about shipment, which I was informed I'd get, I called customer service. The service I got was good. The individual told me the order had not shipped because it was back-ordered, and the items were expected to be in by May 12. He apologized for the fact that I didn't receive any email informing me of this fact. Today is May 18. I received an email today, saying the order had shipped on May 9. I then received the order today, in good condition. The problems have been solely with communication: email notification needs to be worked on so it's timely and customers know what's going on. I'll shop here again.

I like shopping with 4 InkJets but when they ship the shipper will not deliver to door step but take it to the campus mail room. This is becoming unexceptable an work must stop over the weekend. You must fix this.

We discovered that both a toner cartridge we purchased in February and the one that just arrived were defective. While I wish that was not the case, customer service was extraordinary -- they shipped 2 replacement cartridges that day, and sent return shipping labels/postage for the defective cartridges. There was no haggling, no foot dragging, no suggestion that the first defective cartridge was too old to return -- they were just amazing. Surprised and delighted me -- as great customer service should!

Ordered five ink cartridges for the Epson Photo 320. One of the cartridges had leaked inside the plastic sheathing. I called immediately and with no questions asked but with a sincere apology a new one arrived at my home within 48 hours. Thank you

I received the product on time. Upon opening the 13 cartridge set of ink cartridges I inspected the items. I was shocked to see how different they were from the Genuine HP ink cartridges. Several of them had detached printer interface cards rendering them useless. For the price I paid for my printer, I should have stayed with genuine HP Parts. These ink cartridges do not appear to be made with care and quality in mind. I am ordering new cartridges from HP and will most likely return the ones from 4InkJets. Service and pricing good. Appreciate packaging in reasonable proportion between color and black. I use much more black that color and appreciate pricing of black in multiple units without including or with only one color cartridge.

On the website it guaranteed that this refurbished inkjet would work in my Dell aio and it did not, i followed their instructions on how to get the ink started with a paper towel if it didnt work at first, which didn't work either, so i ended up returning color inkjet and will not purchace form this company again.
