My pet peeve in life is poor customer service. On the flipside, when a company gets it right it makes me insanely happy - which I guess says something about the state of customer service these days. LD Products (4InkJets) has really impressed me. For some reason, my HP printer suddenly rejected the remanufactured LD cartridge I'd been using for about a month. The display said that it was not intended for use with my printer. I had purchased 6 cartridges from this company so this was disconcerting to say the least. I called the toll free number on the cartridge and reached tech support very quickly. Once I provided my original order number, I was good to go. The tech support rep had me unplug and replug the printer but the problem was not fixed. He suggested I install one of my unopened cartridges as a test. It worked fine. At that point, I was told I would be sent a new cartridge free of charge with postage paid return packaging for the defective cartridge. This was followed up with an apologetic email and another email with USPS tracking info. for the new cartridge. All this attention for one little $10 ink cartridge. Kudos!
