This is the first time I've ordered glasses online so I was pretty nervous about what I was going to get. However, I am very happy with my purchase after spending a week with my glasses. I spent about $220 total for my pair and the quality is comparable to my previous pair from my optometrist that had a price tag twice that amount.

It took about 2 weeks to get my glasses. This is a few days longer than it took with my optometrist but for the cost savings I'm willing to deal with it. If you need glasses in an hurry though you'll need to look elsewhere.

I really liked their "SmartFit" feature. It took most of the guesswork out of ordering glasses. I printed out the SmartFit sheet for the frame I was interested in and laid my existing pair of glasses on top of the print out to see if it was the same size or not. I also liked the feature that lets you see how the frame looks on various faces. It would have been nice though if they had a little more "ethnicity" in those pictures - a frame that looks good on someone with light skin may not look that good on someone with dark skin like me.

Unfortunately no amount of website wizardry will substitute the ability of actually trying on a frame to see how it looks and fits on you and this could be a deal breaker for some. I've been wearing glasses for most of my life and have a good idea of what frame styles work best for me. If I was a first time eyeglass purchaser though I think I'd spend the extra money to get glasses from an optometrist since that would let you try on many frames to see what works best for you. For subsequent eyeglass purchases you can then give online buying a try.

Anyway, to sum things up I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these people again. The glasses here are practically "2 for 1" when compared to a regular optometrist. Now that I comfortable with the experience I am planning on ordering a pair of prescription sunglasses soon.
