I sent in my own pair of glasses to have lenses fitted in. I ordered the best quality lens around (Seiko 1.67 index). It came on time. But after a few days I began to realise that the left lens had scratchy-looking marks, but werent really scratches and only visible when light bounces off at an angle. As i was leaving the US in a few days, i didnt have enough time to send it in for a replacement and thought it wasnt a serious problem.

A few months after that, the marks got worse.. my UV/scratch-proof coating was coming off!! I now have a large band of missing coating on my left lens.

Recently I went to make new lenses at my current country of residence. Checks at a few places (including my eye specialist) showed that the prescription of the lenses were actually HIGHER than the prescription details i sent them! (This wasn't so obvious when I wore them as my prescription was meant to be slightly under-powered to help with my reading). It's just unbelievable that they can make the wrong prescriptions. It's something that you trust them to get right! How else could you know!

Although I didn't really give them a chance to replace the lenses (although do you really want to have to keep paying their postage fees????) I still think their quality is lousy and I would NOT deal with them again.
