Beware of this company. I bought 2 pairs of glasses from them last year for my son, but they all quickly broke because the glasses were cheaply made (a reflection of the price). My optomotrist took one look at the glasses and said they were too flimsy and I needed to buy the bendable titanium glasses. $39 glasses has these so I ordered them and got a confirmation email that it was being processed and would be shipped in 2-4 days. After waiting a week past the latest delivery time, I contacted $39 glasses thinking my order might be lost in the mail and asked them to track it. The webpage said I would be contacted in ding my email, I got a note saying I would be contacted in 24 hours. However, I was not contacted so I had to email them again. I then got an email stating my order was NEVER processed and they were sorry "if" that caused me any inconvenience. What were they thinking! Glasses are people's eyes. I spent $104.54 for glasses that never showed up and my son has been sitting in class trying to make out the letters on the black board and they can not even figure out if this is a real "inconvenience" or not. I still have not received my glasses and I have sent 3 more emails and have received NO response. I hope my glasses come but I am becoming very wary. I will never buy from this company again.
