I ordered this on 04.26.09 - STILL haven't received it. I received a receipt with a tracking #, but if they know it takes a long time to get your order, they should send further tracking information, which is available. Although, I have no intentions of returning the item, but I just looked at the receipt and see there is a 18% restocking fee, which is why I do not like ordering from smaller, unknown merchants. They also claim no responsibility if something goes wrong with the juicer. All warranties need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Ridiculous. When Zappos was a smaller, unknown merchant they offered excellent customer service, easy returns, etc - which is why they are where they are today. They should take a look at how very successful retailers do business, especially in this economy and take heed. I am doing a nutritional coaching business - geared towards juicing and raw foods and wanted to see what type of customer service was offered and unfortunately because of all their 'disclaimers' cannot recommend them to any of my clients. I paid with a credit card that offers me additional protection because I knew nothing about this merchant. I am thankful for that.
